📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process all invoices using SAP and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and track sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for invoicing and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
