📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of grocery products.
• Manage a team of buyers, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Report procurement performance and recommend improvements to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
