📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with coffee equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Optimize the brewing process to maintain consistency and quality in coffee production.
• Collaborate with baristas and outlet managers to address customer concerns and improve the coffee experience.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Coffee Machine Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in using coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Familiarity with coffee industry software and tools, such as Kintoun Coffee's management system.
• Valid certification in coffee technology or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
