📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the ocean freight business by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market position.
• Optimize shipping routes, negotiate rates, and ensure the smooth execution of cargo shipments using tools like SAP and SeaRates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, particularly in China, leveraging Mandarin language skills.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor and develop junior sales staff to build a strong and effective sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ocean freight sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight logistics, including shipping routes, tariffs, and industry regulations.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, SeaRates, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
