📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate diamond drilling rigs and equipment to drill core samples from the earth's surface to depths of up to 100 meters.
• Monitor drilling parameters and ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and maintain drilling equipment, including rigs, pumps, and hoses, to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment as needed.
• Record and document drilling data, including core samples, depth, and drilling parameters.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other team members to support mineral exploration projects.
• Participate in safety training and drills to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diamond Drilling Operator or similar role in the mining or mineral exploration industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of diamond drilling techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with drilling software, such as DrillView or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other professionals.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and terrain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Drilling Operator) are a plus.
