📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal matters related to the company's business operations, including contract negotiations, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal issues.
• Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to the legal team to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
• Monitor and assess legal risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ensure that the company's legal practices align with its business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations, and ensure that the company is prepared to adapt to these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in corporate law.
• Proven track record of success in driving corporate governance and compliance excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and opportunities and develop effective strategies.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in corporate governance or compliance, such as the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), is a plus.
