📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee industrial relations and labor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage collective bargaining and negotiation processes.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
- Provide legal advice and support on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and report on labor statistics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial relations and HR legal affairs.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in labor law or HR management is a plus.
