📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
- Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and fire alarm systems.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of facility infrastructure.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with electrical control panels, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and fire alarm systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems and their maintenance.
