📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Conduct credit checks and assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of customers.
• Prepare and submit reports on accounts receivable, including aging reports and collection status.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with sales teams to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
