📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
