📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment technologies and tools to enhance the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
