📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
