📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in-store and online.,Manage a team of waitresses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and completed efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking products and cleaning as needed.,Promote Store Spot Ekspansindo products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.,Assist with inventory management and reporting, including tracking stock levels and ordering new products as needed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a waitress or similar role in the retail industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have completed a retail or hospitality program.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including boxes and products, up to 20 pounds.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
