📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work closely with the IT manager to develop and implement IT strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Experience with IT security and data backup systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, etc.) is a plus.
