📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our luxury golf and country club.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, developers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
  • Organize and execute sales events, such as open houses, seminars, and networking events.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on sales performance and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
