As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting and servicing our existing customers, building new customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team and management to achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit and service existing customers to maintain and grow their business.,Identify new customer opportunities and build relationships to drive sales growth.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.,Collect and report accurate sales data to the sales team and management.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales data.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is a plus.
