Link Cloud Corporindo is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you must be available during business hours.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
