As a Pharmacy Assistant at Apotek Sarika, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting our pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, as well as providing expert advice to our customers. Our pharmacy is equipped with state-of-the-art software such as SIMRS and Sistem Informasi Apotek, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide expert advice to customers on medication usage and potential side effects.
• Manage inventory and restocking of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Operate and maintain pharmacy software such as SIMRS and Sistem Informasi Apotek.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as SIMRS and Sistem Informasi Apotek.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (preferred but not mandatory).li>
• Certification in pharmacy practice or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
