People and Organization Development Specialist

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a People and Organization Development Specialist to join our team in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat. As a People and Organization Development Specialist, you will work closely with managers and employees to identify training and development needs, design and implement training programs, and measure the impact of these programs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems, and for providing coaching and mentoring to employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources and a passion for helping organizations achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employee growth.
• Create and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Analyze training and development data to measure the impact of programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and HR teams to align training and development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent development and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent development, performance management, or a related HR function.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
