📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all banking regulations and procedures.,Assist in the operation of ATMs and other banking equipment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role (preferred but not required).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
