📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to maintain optimal levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Provide training and support to operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or related roles.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
