📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty mining equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as Cat Caterpillar Maintenance System (CCMS) and Cat 360, to track equipment performance and maintenance history.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment mechanics, with a focus on mining machinery.
• Certification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HEM) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Cat Caterpillar equipment and their maintenance systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to mining operations.
• Experience with hydraulic and mechanical systems in heavy equipment.
