📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain CAD/CAM machines such as CNC routers, milling machines, and lathes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machining systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored machining solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of their machining systems.
• Document all service activities, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technologies and implement new tools and techniques as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD/CAM machine maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Mastercam.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
