LUMEN Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
