📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events from start to finish.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues.,Help in managing guest lists and invitations.,Assist in the preparation of menus and coordination with catering services.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-ups.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.,Proven experience in assisting in banquet events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
