- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistent, delicious meals
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen spaces
- Work efficiently and effectively with the kitchen team to meet daily food production goals
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to kitchen staff and guests
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
