📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and executing pastry recipes.,Ensure high-quality food production by following food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and ingredients.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Support the kitchen team in achieving daily production targets.,Assist in maintaining food cost control and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
