📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Collaborate with other IT teams to support business operations and projects.,Implement and enforce security policies and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
