📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Oversee the performance of drivers and other fleet staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, working to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit regular reports to management.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving the fleet, working to prevent future occurrences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, management, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
