📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants.,Provide information about property features, amenities, and neighborhood details.,Schedule and confirm viewings and appointments for clients.,Update and maintain property listings and marketing materials.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports and market analysis.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Support the marketing team in promoting properties through various channels.,Assist in negotiating and closing sales transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with real estate software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
