Crown Star Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the restaurant operates profitably.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required.
