📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office documents and files, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.,Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.,Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and sending out invitations and reminders.,Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.,Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases.,Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.,Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary.,Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
