📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage content for our website and social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure we meet our goals.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or construction industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
