Sumber Dewi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Represent the café at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
