As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience and support,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown),Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
