📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the staff to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure freshness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Proven track record in managing teams and achieving operational goals.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
